| Hey CND,
Ed is right, I wouldn't spend any money on it until I pulled some tissue tests, but I'd even go one step further and recommend soil testing, too. I encourage the growers I work with to use Midwest Labs out of Omaha. They are an independent lab-- I'm always skeptical when a company or coop wants to do 'in-house' soil tests-- and they have pretty quick turn around. Ours is an EDTA chelated 9% zinc. The EDTA chelate is great because it won't bind up as bad as a lot of other formulations. This is why some research has shown that Manganese isn't effective with glyphosate-- it's not if you don't use the right kind, it HAS to be an EDTA chelate to work in that case. Forgive me, because I'm not trying to sell here, but if you're looking for a liquid make sure you get a high quality one whatever you decide to go with, otherwise you're likely wasting your money. | |
