I would take these questions to your possible suppliers and work up a plan.
I spread mine dry and add them in the planter mix if they are really low. Low rate spreading has always been a concern of mine but if you make them blend it right, catch it in the pan and analyze the result you will be fine. I will have at least 300 lbs in every mix, 500 blended right really spreads nicely. You must know your equipment and operator.
Generally liquids are higher but can work. I prefer Boron dry like GranuBor and wouldn't be afraid to put a pound per acre actual analysis on any field in Ohio or Ky. We are boron deficient. But you really need a soil and tissue test to set your target amount.
We are heavy in mag so dry to use calcium products. I have used dolomitic pellet lime or SulPoMag for low testing fields which is rare here.
