Ethridge, TN
I use that style connector for the nurse trailer, where I have it wired to run shuttle pumps off the truck batteries. If you have a high amperage draw, this makes for a very good connector. As far as a standard monitor hook up in the cab, I use Weatherpaks, where I need a quick hook-up. Both can be had from waytekwire.com as mentioned previously in this thread.

Once you get set-up to deal with the weatherpak style connector, you will find yourself using it alot. I keep a regular selection on hand, as anytime I'm working on a trailer or equipment, I replace alot of the connections that give me problems with these.
