Subject: RE: Raven Sidekick problem

I do have the new style direct drive. It has probably pumped 4,000 gallon of Rup in the past couple years. With all of your experience with the sidekick would you tear the pump apart and rebuild it for preventative maintinence or run it until I have a problem. One this I am always concerned with, the oil is just sludge when I change it. If I had an engine in a vehicle that the oil looked that bad coming out of I would be very worried. Good idea on the redball I had never thought of that. I just got done installing two 55 gallon tanks on the sprayer, was tired of refilling the one 50 gallon one that I had. I may put the redball in the plumbing tomorrow. BTW when I turn it up to 36 oz the light never misses a beat, and at 8 it is a little inconsistent. Thanks again Ted
