I found a 444 John Deere head I would maybe like to buy if the gearboxes will interchange with my 843? I had one go out last year and it costed me about 5 times what this entire 444 head will cost. If this one will not work are their any other heads that would, my neighbor said the one he bought for gearboxes was a 4 row.
