SE IL | If you already have all the business you can handle then that is a valid approach. If someone was willing to pay what you would have made had you sold the system originally then why wouldn't you support them? I would think that if you were looking to grow your business you could offer an annual support fee that folks would either pay or go elsewhere. Not saying you are wrong just tellin you how your policy comes across to me. And I think Trimble needs to step up as well. | |
