Brisbane, Australia | The Trimble splattergun approach to distribution is what has led us here in Aus to Trimble Guy's approach to support - I support the guys who support us by buying off us, the rest (even though they nearly always offer to pay for our time) we tell to go back to whoever sold them the gear. If we help those guys who have bought somewhere else, all we are doing is providing legitimacy to the whole situation.
...and you know what, I have had not one person in this situation complain about our stance as they understand what has happened to them....mind you, the next time they want to buy, we nearly always get the phone call! | |
