The NMEA output settings are under the receiver setup tab from the configuration menu on the fmx. You select the baud rate and turn on the appropriate NMEA strings (GGA, GSA, etc). What is the point of the port replicator on the cable connecting the fmx to the nav II? Could it be done using that connection if not ports A, B, or D on the fmx. I also would appreciate info from someone that has made the NMEA string connection and run autopilot at the same time from the fmx. Thanks.
