You've got it, but round here that would be considered "hate speach" and racism and could land you 10 years prison time...
The government has just appealed a high court ruling determenining that the ANC song "kill the boer kill the farmer" is hate speach, after both our President and the ANC Youth Leage president sung this song at various public meetings! They also sang "Bring my machine gun, Let's shoot the farmer".
They (government's official possition) claim these songs are their "Cultural Herritage" and not Hate Speach or Racism.
I wish all Liberals in your country and Europe could just spend one year in a rural area in SA having to deal with the real Africa and not what you read or see on TV, that should turn the world on its head... |
