Salisbury, Missouri | yeah, make it 2 trips, that is a lot of driving! Never been to Yosemite, but Yellowstone/Tetons many times. If its your first trip, you got to stop at the regular touristy stuff (e.g. Old Faithful), but there many, many state parks, etc outside of the big name national parks to see beautiful scenery without the crowds. There is a good Chinese restaurant in West Yellowstone, wish I could remember its name.
