I would split the trip. Do Yosemite and other areas in California or Utah for a a week. Lots to see in Utah. Then do Yellowstone, Montana, (Glacier) maybe into southern Cananda, (Banff) on another week.
Long ways between Yosemite and Yellowstone. Spend a lot of time driving.
