So Illinois | Did the trip around Labor day this year. Flew into San Fran...down rt 1 along coast...Hearst castle...across the valley to Sequoias and Yosemite...On up little further N for gold panning...back down through the middle to look at some farming...back across to Montery bay to watch whales...up to San Fran for a couple days...around the North of the bay through wine country(highlight of the trip way getting to ride in a racecar at Infinion raceway for FREE)...back to Oakland for flight home. Couple thousand miles on the rental car. Got home at midnight and was in the field shelling corn by 9 the next morning.
We're thinking something similar for Yellowstone, Montana, Idaho in the future. | |
