Thats pretty much the reason I want to use safety glass is to eliminate the scratching. The corners need to be at minimum 4" radius.
I had the piece all drawn up and took off to the machine shop, got half way there when I realized I made an error on one of the dimentions. So I had to turn around and come back to make the corrections.
Design question. Math formula type.
