Bottom line: question everything you hear on the news about global warming.
-the latest panic is CO2: humans only contribute 3% of the atmospheric CO2.
-real science doesn't force 'consensus' on everyone, there is room for doubt. The media has embraced only one side of the story.
-the 1990 'warm up' coincides with the shut down of many of the world's temperature measuring stations. (think collapse of soviet union. mostly cold weather stations)
-remember the 'global cooling' panic of the 1970's?
-we aren't nearly as warm as the medieval warm period when the world thrived and vikings were even farming on greenland
-don't forget that the sun plays a big role in the temperature of the earth
-as for Al Gore, i'm not sure if there is one truth in his whole movie
too many to list! great book, but it will only make you mad.
