| Can anyone provide any insight into what kind of records can be kept using the EZ Guide 500? Basic things like variety planted, or herbicide program used/rate.
From going through the manual, I am pretty disappointed in this aspect. From what I can tell, you can simply assign an "event" to a field operation and that is all. And the problem I see if that if I have two different things in the same field (variety change) I would have to start a new event and the existing coverage log would no longer show on screen. Hopefully someone with actual experience with a unit can prove me wrong..
For as good as the 500 looks for guidance and auto-steering, it is disappointing that with such a powerful computer and screen in the cab I can't do some better tracking of the field operation.
