Brandon, I've had the same problems. This is what I do, pull everyother wire all three concaves, all vanes in retarded position, and installed all eight straight seperator bars. 260 rotor rpms and concave clearance doesn't really seem to effect rotor loss. My combine was used and came with Gorden bars, so I have never ran it with factory specialty bars maybe corn rotor loss would not be as big a problem with OEM bars. Even now it will occasionaly throw a kernal in the unshelled rows. It pisses me, but I guess it's the price you pay to run a non-walker machine. Craig

Edit: I forgot to say I bought a set of used Gorden helical concaves that totally eliminated rotor loss, but I do a little wheat and don't like changing concaves. If your near me you can give these helicals a try. I'm near Effingham, Il.
