CIH 1063 cornhead has a pipe plug with a rod attached to check the gear lube level in the roll drive gearbox. CNH part number 199495C1 called a SPECIAL BOLT in the parts list. See photo below. One of ours needs replaced because the square hole you use to remove it is worn. I called my friendly CNH parts guy who told me he had 2 in stock. "OK, out of curiosity and painful experience, how much?" "They're a little expensive" I thought $36+ was more than a little expensive. We currently have a 1/2' pipe plug in it until I find a more suitable plug
