People on the outside would crap thier pants if they new about all the updates, repairs, bullitans, and such that comes out of Deere or Cat. There would be customer's screaming at the dealer all the time, if they could see into those places. "Why aren't you out fixing my machine before it blows up?" Noone on here would own anything from JD, Cat, or IH if they could see the things that service managers and techs can see.
