I don't know about JD, but we have to use different passwords, and they can't be anything common either. Like months, FEB or Apr, etc.

 Must have small case letters and capital letters and digits, too. (in each password)

Also, can't reuse any passwords, of the last 12 passwords, that you have once used before.

I have a system, but I still have to write them down somewhere, too.
