Are they afraid to admit that they have so many problems that they have an entire archive dedicated to solving them? News flash Deere, everyone has problems. Being good at solving them, and in a timely fashion, is a huge selling point. By keeping it dealer only, they can keep one layer of lawyers (and the marketing people as well) out of the picture. Deere has done a good job of making their material public, but if they opened up this system, we would get far less useful stuff. I think they've done a good compromise here.
