The dealer had us work with the Raven engineers directly in Sioux Falls, SD, and they could not correct our problem on a brand new Rogator. After 7 months of failures, we had to try something different.
You must have been a beta tester for the Quicktrax seeing that Raven has not had it on the market for 7 months.
