I am not trying to poo poo on anyone's price targets but I am going to be the voice of reason. Remember in 2008, folks were leveraged anywhere between 30-60 to one when we saw record prices. I don't believe the ammunition (fund money) is there to take us over $5.10. The one silver bullet which could change my rational is if the treasury bubble bursts. We could have plenty of money available to take us over my $4.90-$5.10 target.
