Subject: Re: Why all the corn and no storage

Casey IL. ( I -70 ) then south on rt.49
Here in a little Midwest town of 3000 people the elevator has 6,000,000 bu. of storage of witch is 78% empty (according to owner ). They are loading out another 20- 100 car trains before Sept.Thats at 3000 bu. per car.
He said that they do not hold anything that is sold.
So are you people in the corn belt holding on to your corn or is the elevator just not moving it.
If farmers are holding on to it ( WHY ) sounds to me like there are some very rich farmers out there or _________ something else is going on.
If you as farmers are holding, sounds to me like your are creating your own problem.
