north central iowa
I myself work for a coop and it may be hard to believe but there is more corn on the farm then most guys think. With the quality issues they are still holding on?? Talked to two producers yesterday that between the two have 100,000 bushels unpriced. Talked to a grain buyer for Rembrandt Enterprises and he said they have and are getting all they can handle and are shutting people off from hauling because they are full. Sounds like damage is also a issue coming in there.

Dont know for sure but have been told Global Ethanol doesnt have a August bid and is out into Sept. I can see some storage issues for sure this fall unless the water shuts off and turns really hot the rest of the summer. Even then there is a pretty big crop coming from this area. May not be a record but it will be good.
