SW Ontario | My experience with the 'rain makes grain' comment is that for every acre that got too much rain and is suffering, there is maybe 50 acres near it that is benefiting.
Yellow spots this early is not from lack of soil N, but lack of O2 and root development.
What year did the cornbelt flood last? Same year that the IH plant was closed because of water... 10 years ago??
If I recall, there was a big crop that year too, help me out with some details. | |
