I dont know my plant physiology, but could it be your grasses tillering out from the established stand, vs. new seeds germinating. Here, we have to spray ryegrass (not cereal rye) 2x to get it killed, but the first time it will be brown and you think youve got it. Which grasses are coming? I wonder if cheatgrass behaves exactly the same as our ryegrass. Is corn RR? Your program looked so good, hope it doesnt come back to burn you. I like dual at the 3-6 leaf stage here, we dont usually use as a preemerge in corn.
