Implement steering has nothing to do with whether or not RTK works. Implement steering is needed in some areas due to implement draft and the fact that the best vehicle guidance system in the world cannot control the implement - and it's not intended to.
Unless you're claiming that your system is literally perfect, I can't see how you can rule out the need for nudging from time to time.
