Renville Minnesota

"if you don't have your inputs locked in, especially land costs."

True.

Though a guy might just be able to buy 2.20 corn (the local cash price weve been lucky to get on average the past ten years "here") in the fall of 09 to bail him/herself out and make an easy buck.  If this guy sells corn out 2-3 years, he ought to keep an eye out for all situations.

Ive farmed full time for ten years.  In those ten years ive learned the phrase "we are in a new era" when used in grain market terms has meant sell all ya can, cuz we really are NOT in a new era.   Have fella's forgotten what LDP's are?

I really, really haven't a clue, just tinkin out loud. Undecided
