we are working on the contract wording now, they told me I would get the rent money 2 weeks ago and then when it came down to putting it in writing they dropped this on me. I don't have a problem with the guy farming it this year , just think I should get all the rent money. Guess I am just asking to see If I am being greedy or am just in my feelings.
