How much risk or stress can you stand. If you can handle both sell 10% of the corn every dime higher and 10% of the beans every 25 cents higher. But you will need a backup plan to carry the corn or beans you don't get sold till next year, if you don't hit all the targets.

If you can't stand the risk or stress sell one thosand bu of corn for the next 20 weeks on the same day of the week. I would use wed, but it probably really doesn't matter. Beans I would divide them up in sales of 800 bu over 25 weeks.
