Ravenna Ohio
Denver going east. We were still low enough to make out large vehicles. I could see the outline of drainage or erosion areas as they reached into irrigation circles and dryland fields. It looked more dramatic than other times I have been over. Traveling from the western ski areas I noted a number of town lakes that were looking quite low. Some said they were dry for time of the year. I wondered if they were just waiting for spring thaw. I like to learn about the different areas I travel to. My trips haven't allowed me to get to the ag areas. Even people in my own groups asked what are those circles on the land and what are those pipes laying outside the DIA entrance. My farm area of Ohio can use tile spacings less than 40 ft.
