Washington CH, OH | EPA says that we will need a NPDES permit to make spray applications. The EPA and now US Courts consider a spray tip a point source for pollution. http://www.cotton.org/news/releases/2010/pestsup.cfm
From some of imformation I have seen, April 2011 for implemantation, requires anyone who has operational control over the decision to perform pesticide applications, would need to have a NPDES permit inplace before an application can be made. As I understand it. This would apply nation wide. | |
