| I hope the part about the EPA being involved isn't true. In this county, we already have to have a permit to spray certain herbicides from May to October, due to potential damage to cotton. These permits are handled by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture and are easy to obtain in the past. Somehow, from the news report, this is going to be something more than what we currently have as the newscaster definitely stated that the EPA was drafting the process. I hope this isn't correct. | |
