| Yeah, it voids the warranty. But that isn't why the valve is filling with water. We've filled both ends of the wire with epoxy and the valve still fills with water. Just a gimmick to sell a bunch of expensive adaptor cables. My feeling is that it is being drawn in around the valve stem because the stem is cold stem is causing the o-ring to contract. Or it could be the two brand new valves that I took apart and discovered there was no o-ring in the lid. The old, old style valves that had a cover that clamped on never filled with water! We still have an original one of those still in service after 10 years, have failed multiple valves of the new style in that time. Me, I'm done with Raven's crappy valves! Time to move on to something better and a lot more simple, solenoid valves!
