Gotcha on the lift assist wheels. There's a few guys that have them but not too many in my part of the world(east AR). The ones that I can think of are 12r 38 stackfold cotton planters with 3 bu hoppers and bug boxes.
I'm with you on having starter fert too. I wouldn't grow corn without it. Don't grow corn anymore though so we went with the widest planter/drill we felt we could transport somewhat safely.
