Dummy wheels are the wheels on the lift assist arms that have a tendency to wobble going down the road. I don't think you guys are giving him enough credit on the toolbar. It is narrower and probably shorter than a 40' stack fold. The "no gauge wheels" for controlled traffic is a little overboard though. And I would have put starter on that thing. Cold heavy soil; why risk it.
