I do have an IT manual for it. I read the part that you are talking about but didn't have gauges to check it. I'll see if I can come up with some.
which top cover is the needlevalve under? I have the pto out and the top link plate removed. I hope you don't meen that the entire top to the rear end has to come off.
Need some mechanical help with my IH966.
