Need to adjust the nut on the stem where the control valve hooks to the linkage as per pressure gauges... Not a hard procedure but look up directions in an IT.for your pto... Probably it will slip when on a hard pull as well as theslow start....
3 pt. arms have a sliding needlevalve inside the top cover that is worn or broken..must remove that top to get to it
