The picture in the newspaper is taken from behind the cart and shows the car stopped centered under the folded auger. Looks like the front right side of car ran into the left cart tire and lower frame. The cart had 2 SMV emblems side by side in the lower middle of rear vertical panel. Looks as there are no lights on cart. The right tire of cart is maybe a foot off the right side of road.
