Just don't understand the attitude on this broad. It is always the other
person fault. Farming is big business and should be treat like any
other business on the road.
Don't know the full story, but as written the people moving the cart
should be charged with manslaughter.
first- no reason to move big equipment after dark at any time.
second- no lights and no warning reflectors
third- flag truck left their place behind cart
four- no communication between flag truck and tractor
All in all just a accident waiting to happen. To bad a child had
to die because of very stupid farmer?(person)
Get very mad at attitudes that say "I am a farmer therefore rules
of the road don't apply". Neighbor's wife was hurt and another died
about 15 years ago because person was moving swather with no lights.
