big shiney equipment means more rent. In my agrea I can see it when my landlords figure it out. Bigger farmers usually equal newer and bigger equipment. Every time I up my planter size landlords think I am making more money. The flip side is if you have that equipment they know that you are in the land rental game and you are more likely to get a phone call from somebody new. Just my opions.
