I do a lot more good public relations though. come and dig out landowners after snow storms and make it so they can get in and out of their driveway, mow the waterways, and listen to their input even though it is a cash rent situation.
Analyze those who continue to pickup land and see what they have with their landlord. A relationship. They listen to the desires of their landlord. They take care of their land lord.
I know nothing of you operation but I would venture a guess that this is as much your success as anything in land rental |
farming with new equip? and renting land?
