My dad use to tell about the man just east of Worden that was plowing with 5 horses. When asked why he had 5 horses on the plow, he replied " I only own 5 horses" I've seen 200 hp mfwds with 4 -18s having problems in some of that "tigger SH!T".
But like the other fellow said "it'll depend on the soil"
How much HP to pull 5-bottom plow?
