| I put a ez steer on my 8100 JD for planting and finding it impossible to fine tune calibration. I'm happy with omnistar correction for pass to pass correction but I can't stop the tractor from weaving 3-5 inches from side to side of the marker. I went thru the calibration process several times, moved the antena from on top cab to front of hood and that seemed to help. I had to adjust my angle turn down to 14 to get it close to following to marker. My current cal. #'s are freeplay.9/ angle turn 14/ agressivness 105%. At those #'s I have my best performance yet every couple hours it just goes crazy offling for a couple of passes. My field look like I planted them with the old 2 cylinder with narrow front. Don't know what to try next? | |
