do you have T2 installed? what value do you have for wheel base?

have you tried a few tenths higher or lower freeplay to see if performance improves? sometimes when using the calibration wizard you can get close to a good setting, but for fine tuning, manually making the changes and observing the performance is the best way to do the final tune up.

the oscillation is a sign you might have the angle per turn a little low. try a little higher to see if the oscillation decreases. It is best to make changes to one parameter at a time. when making changes to two different settings at the same time, it is hard to figure out what is going on, since sometimes the changes fight each other.
