Eastern Ontario

If the ground is not frozen under the snow, then you'd have a chance to apply it with a sidedress bar. I can't tell what your conditions are, you know that better than anyone. If you think you can get through the snow and into the ground, then do it that way.

If not,

Buy some tanks and turn your 32% into 28% by adding water. 28% won't freeze...not sure about salting out...but I think you should be fine.If you're going to blow those $60 bucks on storage, it might as well be at your place in your NEW tanks.

Just an opinion. Take it for what it's worth.
