Dalton, OH

I hear ya Ed.  Planted at least 10 hybrids over 1000 acres of corn this year.  Plus, add in the few that were "given" to us to try and I think I probably had 14+ out there.

Its good to keep those seed salesmen working as they are working hard this year!!  Currently, have a $40 per bag spread between companies' triple stack corn.  Don't know how much Bird (or should I say First Choice!!) corn I will plant as we'll see where they come in.  (don't expect them to be the cheapest, but they need to at least be competitive!!)

Same thing is happening on beans.  I've almost gotten RR2's down to the same price as RR1's.  Probably stick with RR1's this year, but still plan to try some RR2's again.  You guys can have all that Liberty and non-GMO stuff.  Don't have the time to mess with it with all the hay we make!!
