| There has been a lot of talk about high yields in my area of ECIL, but if you try to get bins measured for insurance purposes you might be told to expect as much as a three week delay so those who want payments in 2009 can get things done in time. That usually means that guys are not so sure that they have met their insured levels even though their monitors told them that was a "done deal". I think in the end there will be many who miss their 10 year averages. | |
