How about hydraulics ?? Hang a pump off the PTO shaft run hydraulic lines back to a Orbital motor. It would take a holding tank on the baler and building a mount to hold/adjust the orbital motor on the baler,, but....
You could turn as close as you wanted, and not have any problems associated with drivelines..??
