Southwest ND		I was told to stay away from caff. like peanuts, soda pop, coffee and drink 16oz. water right away when I get up in the morning. Been doing this for 12 years and no problems. I realize you are in pain now and I feel for you but this is what helped me after the fact. Good luck.
